Get Fit Friday Update 1

I have a new experiment in mind and will start today, Friday.  I'll call it Fitness Friday.  I'll update the posts every Friday.  Basically, it'll be an experiment as I document my weight loss project.  I'm currently at 255 lbs.  I'm 5'10" so my target will be is 170 lbs.  Hopefully, I'll get to my target as near as possible by December 2015.
